Invoice Attachments

The Attachments tab provides a dedicated space to manage all documents linked to an invoice. It allows reviewers and administrators to store, preview, and validate supporting files directly alongside the invoice record, ensuring transparency and compliance.
  • Navigate to the Invoices section.
  • Select any invoice from the list to open its detail view.
  • From the top navigation Beside the invoice Overview page, click on the Attachments tab.
  • The page will display a list of uploaded files on the left, with a preview of the selected file on the right.
Attachment List
The left panel shows all files associated with the selected invoice. Each file entry includes:
  • File Name: The name of the uploaded document.
  • Uploaded By: The user who uploaded the file.
  • Uploaded On: The date of upload.
  • Actions: Options to Download, or Delete the file.
This ensures all supporting documentation is properly tracked and auditable.
File Preview
When a file is selected from the list, it opens in the right-hand preview panel. The preview functionality provides:
  • A complete in-system view of the document without requiring downloads.
  • Navigation across pages within multi-page files.
  • Zoom and expand options for better readability.
  • Print or download controls, if permitted by user role.
This enables quick validation of invoice data against supporting documents.
Invoice Tracker (Workflow Stages)
The tracker at the top of the page visually represents the invoice’s lifecycle from upload to payment. Each stage ensures accountability and transparency.
To Upload the Document
Click on the upload button, the system provides the following options:
  • Add a Note: An optional field to include context or remarks for the uploaded file.
  • Upload Files: Allows users to upload one or multiple files sequentially. Users can also delete any file before final submission.
  • Cancel: Discards the upload process without saving changes.
  • Upload: Confirms the action and attaches the selected files to the invoice record.
Once uploaded, the files immediately appear in the Attachments list table, where they can be viewed, downloaded, or deleted as needed.
