Invoice List Page
The Invoice List Page in ReportsVault is your centralized space to view, manage, and take action on all invoices submitted by vendors. This page provides full visibility into invoice statuses, reviewers, amounts, and associated matters, helping legal teams stay informed and in control of legal spending.
Key Features of the Invoice List Page
Tabs for Segmentation
- My Assigned Invoices: Displays only the invoices that are currently assigned to you for review.
- All Assigned Invoices: Shows all invoices that your role permits you to view.
- Draft Invoices: Displays invoices that are still in draft mode and not yet submitted.
Search & Filters
Use the search bar to quickly find invoices by title or number, or apply advanced filters by:
- Status (e.g., Draft, In-Review, Approved, Paid).
- Vendor
- Reviewer
- Additional Filters (via the “All Filters” dropdown)
- Sort by (e.g., invoice date, amount)
Invoice Table Columns
Each row in the table includes:
- Status: Current review/payment status of the invoice.
- Flag: Marker to indicate discrepancies in the line items.
- Invoice #: Unique invoice identifier.
- Invoice Title: Descriptive title, clickable to open full view.
- Vendor: Name of the submitting law firm or service provider.
- Invoice Date: Date the invoice was issued.
- Total Amount: Billed amount on the invoice
- Reviewer: Assigned user(s) responsible for reviewing the invoice.
Create & Export
A panel at the top shows Active Reviewers across the matters list, helping users identify who is currently engaged with open matters.
Create & Export
- Use the Upload Invoice button (top right) to submit a new invoice.
- Click Export to download the full list in a spreadsheet-friendly format for financial reconciliation and reporting.
