Public & Private Notes
The Notes section allows you to add key observations, updates, clarifications, or contextual commentary directly to an invoice.
To add a note:
- Navigate to the Matters section from the left-hand menu.
- Open any specific matter by clicking its title.
- Select the Details tab in the matter’s top menu bar.
- Click on the Notes tab located on the right panel.
- Use the text editor to enter your note. You can apply basic formatting (bold, italic, bullet list) to structure your message clearly.
- Choose visibility:
- Public (Default): The note is visible to everyone within the legal team.
- Private: Check the Mark as Private option to restrict visibility only to you.
- Click the Add button to save your note.
Editing & Deleting notes:
- You can edit or delete any note you’ve authored by hovering over it to reveal the action icons.
