Logs

The Logs tab provides a complete record of all actions and updates performed on an invoice. Activities are displayed in reverse chronological order, ensuring that the most recent actions always appear at the top for quick reference.
  • Navigate to the Invoices section.
  • Select any invoice from the list to open its Detail View.
  • From the top navigation, click on the Logs tab.
  • The right-hand panel displays a list of recorded activities in reverse chronological order, with the latest entry shown first.
Log Entries
Each log entry display:
  • User: The individual who performed the action.
  • Action: Description of the change or event.
  • Note: Any remarks added at the time of the update.
  • Date: The date when the action was recorded.
